Occasionally we may make an error in a products information or image – we reserve the right to correct this and will do so as soon as it is brought to our attention. The prices displayed on our website are those current at the time we process your order. In all cases, the prices displayed are quoted in NZ dollars and are valid and effective only in New Zealand. Equine2000 reserves the right to alter or correct prices without notice if necessary.
Prices for goods and services on this website are displayed exclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once the goods leave our factory delivery can take 1-2 days for North Island New Zealand customers and 1-4 days for South Island New Zealand customers. Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You will see the full charge before completing your purchase. Delivery charges are in NZ dollars unless otherwise stated. Note that higher charges may apply for deliveries to some rural and remote areas within New Zealand. We will advise you if a higher delivery charge is required.
International delivery charges and timeframes will be calculated at the time of purchase/online checkout.
We accept payments via our webstore using secure PayPal service provider.
We also offer the option of allowing customers to 'pay by invoice'. Payment terms are 3 days from date of your order unless prior arrangements have been made. Goods are dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
