Returns Policy

Within 7 days of delivery you may return any faulty product purchased. If Equine2000 inspects the returned product and deems it to be faulty, and the product has been returned within the required period, then Equine2000 will either exchange, credit or refund the returned item. An item can be exchanged for any product of the same value.

Equine2000 will arrange all return freight where possible with Equine2000 approved carriers.

Freight charges are not creditable. The freight charge applicable for the shipment of any returned item(s) to the customer will be incurred by Equine2000. Equine2000 is deemed responsible for the faulty product in question. A quote will be given prior to dispatch.
